The Challenge

Developing an Integrated Report is inherently complex— especially for a multinational like CIEL Group, operating across six business clusters (Textile, Finance, Healthcare, Hotels & Resorts, Property, Agro) and spanning 10+ countries. Coordinating insights from diverse internal teams— finance, sustainability, governance, HR, operations, and branding—required precision, alignment, and rigorous quality control across different stakeholders, data sources, and the demanding timelines of assurance and publication.

Our Approach
We served as CIEL’s extended reporting team, orchestrating every stage from strategy to delivery: Integrated Report Workshop: Structured narrative and stakeholder alignment around the framework Concept & Design: Brand-consistent, visually compelling layout across formats Copywriting & Proofreading: Clear, accurate messaging grounded in technical review and brand voice Layout & Project Management: Centralized coordination of multiple contributors and iterative approvals Print Management: High-quality production tailored for global distribution Interactive PDF (Native): Enhanced navigateability and engagement Microsite (Design, Content & Development): Immersive digital counterpart for broader stakeholder access Video Production (CEO’s Message): Adds a human, emotive layer to the report narrative.
The Outcome
A fully “PwC-assured” Integrated Annual Report, aligned with the International Framework, IFRS, and GRI, reinforcing trust and transparency. Embedded 17 Sustainability KPIs and a forward-looking Climate Strategy Roadmap within the report narrative. Capability to serve stakeholders across multiple channels—print, interactive PDF, microsite, and video—tailored for maximum accessibility and impact. Seamless, stress-free collaboration across numerous internal stakeholder groups—finance, ESG, HR, operations, legal, and more. Reinforcement of CIEL’s position as a regional leader in governance, transparency, and sustainability reporting.
